I have an upper mouth protrusion that creates deep nasolabial lines. How can I fix this? (photos)

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. To soften the nasolabial fold's, fillers or fat grafting is a great option for you. Advantages of fillers are that it can be done in a simple office visit.  The advantage of fat grafting is the longevity of the procedure results.  Both can provide natural appearing results.An alternate approach is the use of thread lifts.   This pulls the tissue towards the outer portion of the face and softens the nasolabial fold's indirectly compared to fillers.  You can even use a combination approach. The important thing is to find a board-certified plastic surgeon that offers an in-depth consultation explaining the non-surgical and surgical options for your concerns.
