I was wondering if there is anything I could do at home to make my lip fillers dissolve faster than 9-12 months. I got a little too overfilled and the clinic I got them done at will not fix them.

Answer: Lip fillers You do not say how long ago you had the fillers placed. It may be that you still have some swelling which will resolve over time. The only way to dissolve the filler is by injecting hyaluronidase. The clinic that you went to should address this issue for you.

Answer: Dissolving lip filler Injection with hyaluronidase is the only way to dissolve filler. There is often a fair amount of swelling the first week or so after injection which goes down naturally. The good news for you is that filler in the lips generally lasts around 6 months and wears off quicker than other areas. Lana Long MD
