I had a consultation for a Septo-rhinoplasty, and Dr. Saigal and his staff were amazing from the moment I stepped into the office. I knew going into the appointment that I was going to be a difficult case since I had a severe deviation and depression on one side of my nose. Dr. Saigal was great at explaining the techniques that would be needed to straighten my nose and enhance its overall appearance. He also did a great job relaying expectations for what my nose would look like after surgery. I knew at the end of my consultation that Dr. Saigal was the surgeon I wanted to fix my nose. I am now two-weeks post op and could not be happier with my results. It’s crazy to think that this isn’t even the final result and it’s only to continue to improve as I heal. Dr. Saigal gave me the nose I wish I had been born with. And I really appreciate that he and his staff have been so supportive throughout the whole process, from pre-surgery to after care; they called me every day after my surgery for a week to make sure I was doing okay. They are exceptional, and I would recommend Dr. Saigal to anyone looking for a rhinoplasty.

For over 20+ years, I needed to fix my deviated septum and I wanted to make some appearance changes to my nose, without it being an obvious change. I knew I wanted an ENT/Facial Surgeon, so I did my research and I started following Dr. Saigal’s work. I only wish that I had found him earlier in my life! I’m extremely happy with my decision to go with Dr. Saigal for my desired procedures! The mark of a good plastic surgeon (perhaps any doctor) is that they don’t rush any decisions on you and even try to get you to get multiple other opinions before making your decision. Dr. Saigal did just that. He’s been so kind, patient, and understanding about everything I was concerned about and reiterated many, many times that he wanted to make sure I wasn’t stressed about anything, to let him and his team stress out for me because that was what they were there for. I was so taken aback by how accessible he has been, especially AFTER surgery! It’s a big deal to go under for surgery and the days after can be so uncomfortable and scary. I had a few concerns that were weighing heavy on me that I texted him about, and each time, he would respond within minutes. I’m blown away by the care he and his team take and I would recommend him to anyone!

I am overjoyed with my decision to undergo a rhinoplasty with Dr. Saigal! The whole process from scheduling the first consultation to now 7 weeks’ post-op has been a breeze and I’m confident the rest of my healing will be too. Especially as a patient coming from out of state, working with the Doctor around my travel and work schedule was really easy and the whole staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Even finding me ENT doctors in my home state to see if I were to need anything!

My results from the rhinoplasty have me feeling more confident and I found my breathing to be improved. I had 3 mm of cartilage shaved down from my hump and my septum straightened. My friends are constantly impressed when they look at me and compliment how “perfect” it looks. But the results are very natural, my family cannot tell I’ve had work done because my new nose looks so natural on me. And the recovery was much faster than I expected. 6 days’ post-op I had my cast removal and my dad couldn’t believe there were no visible stitches, marks, or any signs of surgery so soon after.

My whole family is very pleased with the work of Dr. Saigal, Nurse Practitioner Alicia, and the whole staff! I would recommend him to anyone seeking facial procedures.

Dr. Saigal is Everything I could’ve asked for in a surgeon. As for staff they were wonderful in answering all my questions and super sweet. Dr. Saigal kept in touch with me throughout my whole recovery process which was super comforting as well. He has performed a rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery and now chin implant :) So happy with my choice to come here. He has become family to me now and also performed rhinoplasty on my sister! No other surgeon tops Dr saigal!!! I will recommend him to everyone i know! He truly takes care of his patients and makes you feel so comfortable because surgery can be scary but his bedside manner is unmatched! Dr. Saigal is the BEST!!!!

Dr. Saigal is an honest and nice doctor. I would definitely recommend him for his expertise in Rhinoplasty. He explains everything and really takes the time to figure out the best result. He makes sure everyone in the family is involved, which I appreciated.

This review is for a consultation only. I booked a consultation with Dr. Saigal in April. I felt uneasy because the person on the phone tried to book the appointment with his PA. I immediately corrected her that I only waited to see the Dr. that I requested. She replied that I would have to wait until June 9th before I could see him to which I agreed. Due to the fact that I would be traveling from out I booked my hotels in advance. I received a phone call stating the doctor will be unable to see me and I would need to reschedule. What I was confused about is that the appointment was scheduled for the night but she said for your appointment on the 10th. Which means she changed my appointment without notifying me. Nonetheless,I inquired as to the reason for the need to reschedule. The person was very vague to which I did request a refund for the consult that did not happen.

Dr. Saigal is the best, hands down. I waited for ten years to find the right person to do my rhinoplasty and within 5 minutes of my consultation with Dr. Saigal I already knew I was going to have him do the surgery. From beginning to end and every step of the way I felt comfortable, confident, and excited about surgery. My results are better than I could have ever imagined and if it was possible, I would go back and do it ten years earlier. My life is forever changed. My nose is beautiful and I can breathe again!
