Post abdominal etching crease. 10 months p.o. Can this be fixed? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. The problem is not only the crease across the belly button that stands out, your results are not natural. Your gynecomastia was not addressed either, which all points to a fake suboptimal result. Your surgeon made the inscriptions where he/she thought it might be and was not based on the true muscle anatomy.Basically, I would suggest redoing the whole operation and include sculpting of the chest as well. Hello, thanks for sharing your pics. It looks like you would benefit most from a redo procedure. The creases need to be obliterated with fat grafting and the definition recreated also address the chest. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in hi def body contouring.

I agree with my colleagues that it is likely that your results can be improved by undergoing a revision, but the approach needs to be very thoughtful.  You may want to have some of the etch further reinforced, and you may benefit from focal fat grafting to make the contours appear more natural.  There can be a challenge in the setting of scarring from the initial procedure.  Furthermore, your skin needs to be assessed to determine if you would benefit from a skin tightening procedure.  Emphasize your concerns to your surgeon.  Best of luck!

Thank you for the question.Skin creasing can occur following body sculpting procedures and are best improved by using the SAFE liposuction technique.  This requires the use of a basket tip cannula and can be performed in the office.  I wish you good luck in finding an acceptable solution and hope this answer is helpful.
