Thank you for your question regarding how to reverse your abdominal etching or VASER hi-def abdomen.  Based on your single picture and not a physical examination, I would suggest more liposuction.  Ultrasound and radio frequency will not improve your results at this point.  Since it is a revision of abdominal etching, you must use the VASER.  VASER will help melt through the abdominal scar and help further remove abdominal fat.  What you now need is complete removal of all abdominal wall fat.  It appears from your single picture that just the fat around the muscles was removed.  When you are considering a revision, please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon who has performed many VASER hi-def liposuction procedures.  If you have any more questions regarding abdominal etching, VASER hi-def or how to reverse abdominal etching, please contact my office.  Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Thank you for your question and photo. This is a single view limited photo, but what I can see is poorly done etching. You also have gynecomastia. You need to see a board certified plastic surgeon trained in VASER Hi Def Lipo to get a chiseled muscular body. Etching alone gives poor results and looks fake. I can see why you might want to reverse it, especially if the etching is not at the level of the rectus muscle inscriptions. I trained with Dr. Alfredo Hoyos of Bogota, Colombia, the inventor of the VASER Hi Def Lipo (VHD). Very few surgeons are trained in these advanced sculpting techniques.
