I can't really take the potential 2 weeks off work and weeks of compression garment wearing that abdominal etching requires; is there a less-invasive alternative for men out there? I'm already very fit and thin, there's just a bit of fat over the torso I'd like removed. Thanks
Answer: Vaser Liposuction: Alternative to Abdominal Etching An alternative to abdominal etching is #Vaser liposuction. Vaser stands for (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance), it is a minimally invasive fat removal and body contouring liposuction procedure, and it is also an alternative technique to the traditional liposuction methods. I believe it is easier to sculpt and contour the body with this procedure. Improving areas such as the back rolls, abdominal definition, and waistline are just a few of the common areas that can be treated with better results. It is also especially good for sculpting delicate areas such as the arms, neck and abdominal muscles. With regards to #recovery time, your surgeon will tell you specifically how long it will take before you can resume #work and exercise. There are no large incisions or treatment of underlying tissues such as muscle that need healing. Recovery is mostly base on the level of soreness or bruising that you may experience, however, most activity is unlikely to delay healing or create problems with recovery. In addition to that, traditional liposuction patients can expect to resume normal activity within 1 to 2 weeks after their operation. Most patients return to office work with 3–5 days after their liposuction; people with more active jobs may need 14 days before they return to work. You can expect a lesser time frame with a minimally invasive procedure such as Vaser liposuction. I hope your concern was addressed. Thank you!#RealSelf100 #lessinvasive

Answer: Abdominal etching, VASER hi-def 6-pack, 6-pack abs, VASER hi-def LA expert, alternatives to abdominal etching Thank you for your question about less invasive alternative to abdominal etching. Without a physical examination nor pictures, it is difficult to answer your question. However, if you want the best results for your abdomen and you only have a little bit of fat, I would highly encourage or suggest VASER hi-def 6-pack or abdominal etching. Otherwise, I believe you are just wasting your time and money. Put in the time, put in the effort, and have the VASER hi-def 6-pack. You won't be disappointed. Answer: Abdominal Etching Results To get the very defined lines of the abdominal region- to produce the fit, athletic look- then there is no better option than I know of than surgery via VASER liposuction. If you cannot undergo surgery for the reasons you state, you should still consult with a board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon for treatment options. Non-invasive options such as CoolSculpt, SculptSure, etc may be an option, but I don't know that you would get the definition you are looking for with these. Additionally, you would probably only see at most a 25-30% reduction in fat in any given area and this may take multiple treatments. However this is non-invasive and less expensive than surgery so it may be a good starting point to think about.
