I think I have deviated septum or polly beak deformity

I am 18 and my nose is shaped Like a beak and I have breathing problems everyday My doctor told I don’t have one but my nose is literally shaped like a bird it looks unnatural

Hello and thank you for your question. Addressing breathing issues is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your functional issues and your aesthetic concerns with your nose. If you have a deviated septum then you will need a septoplasty to correct it. If you have a cosmetic deformity of the nose that can be corrected at the same time. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs so I cannot give you an accurate answer.

If you are not happy with the shape of the nose, then a rhinoplasty can help. The procedures can reshape your nose by taking down the bridge and revising the tip so it doesn't droop. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation that can do computer imaging at the same time.

Whether or not your doctor considers your nose's anatomy to fit into the description of polly beak, if you don't like what your nose looks like, you could consider having a rhinoplasty.

As you begin your research, you should understand that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. Any rhinoplasty requires advanced techniques and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Problems breathing through the nose can be inflammatory (ie allergies, chronic sinus disease) or structural in nature. Based on your brief description it sounds likely that nasal structure is at least playing a role. Even in the absence of a deviated septum, there can be problems with blockage of the front of the nose (called the nasal valve), and your description suggests something called a tension nose deformity, where the cartilage of the septum grows excessively and can lead to overprojection of the nasal tip and often associated nasal obstruction. 
Photos would help confirm this and you would benefit from meeting with a surgeon who focuses on rhinoplasty to have a full exam.

A "Pollybeak deformity" is usually from a prior Rhinoplasty surgery which may be why your physician said you do not have one. If you are unhappy with your breathing and the appearance of your nose, I'd recommend making an appointment with a local Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in these concerns. Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons are dual trained in both Facial Plastic Surgery as well as Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery. They can do a full septal examination in addition to discussing your cosmetic concerns.
