I have an open rhinoplasty with Goretex implant 7 months ago. My problem is I have a scabbing in my right nostril that is consistent for almost a month now and it has a pain that feels like a tiny cut in my nostril but no pus or smell at all. I take antibiotics but after 9 days it comes back again. I use mupirocin for 5 days and it stop but after 2 days there are scabbing. Could it be a possible rejection?
