I have lost elasticity in the skin which is why it is not at a higher position. The tissue is not sagging. It doesn't feel extremely saggy just about an inch or less. Can I get donut lift and avoid scars?
Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift No, you are sagging and do need at least the vertical lift to reposition your breast tissue and obtain the best shape. The peri-areolar lift does not shape the breast well.

Answer: Breast lift Dear amalev2015, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Vertical lift may be more suitable Please note that even with a donut lift, you will be left with scars. Your nipples are located below your breast fold therefore a vertical lift may be more suitable for you.

Answer: Breast lift: What lift is best for me? Hello @amalev2015, thank you for your question. To answer the question, it ultimately depends on the results that you are looking for. The most important factor in deciding which technique(s) to use is the opinion of your plastic surgeon, who will have assessed factors such as skin laxity, breast size and shape, and other individual characteristics that can determine the best approach. That said, I always perfom a breast lift with an L shape incision that allows me to reposition and improve the shape of the breast with minimal scarring by raising the base slightly and improving the overall proportion with minimal scarring. Ultimately though, each case should be evaluated on its own merit by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon before recommending a surgical plan to ensure you get optimal results tailored to your needs and preferences.
