Want implant removal Will need a lift as went from A to D cup high profile implant. Still in drop and fluff so original surgeon will not see me until 6 months has passed to discuss removal. I would like a rough idea of what to expect. Would I be able to have a donut lift? Hoping for minimal scaring lift option if possible.
Answer: Vertical B lift Based on these photos, you will end up with a lot streched skin after implants removal. For that reason, lollipop type of breast lift would provide more predictable shaping of the breasts. Good luck.

Answer: Breast lift Dear BAquestions23, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Removal You actually might do well with minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like Renuvion or ThermiTight and can avoid the long scars. Since you were not happy prior to implants, you may not be happy one removed. You might consider going down in size and profile for a more natural look. The pockets can be tightened laterally and you may need no lifting at all.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method A donut lift will be inadequate. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Donut lift It's difficult to provide a specific answer without a physical examination, but in general, a donut lift (also known as a periareolar lift) is a suitable option for some women who want a minimal scarring lift option. This type of lift involves making a circular incision around the edge of the areola and removing a small amount of skin before pulling the remaining skin tight and suturing the incision closed. However, it's important to note that a donut lift may not be suitable for everyone and that the amount of lift needed will depend on your individual anatomy and desired outcome. Additionally, your surgeon will need to assess your skin quality and elasticity to determine if a donut lift is an appropriate option for you. I recommend discussing your goals and concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your individual case and provide personalized recommendations. I hope this helps, best of luck !
