I got breast implants done last September. The doctor told me I could probably get away with not having a lift done. I feel as if my implants are really droopy. Should I get a lift, and can I get a lift with my existing implants?

Answer: Breast lift and repositioning of IMF Your breasts seem to be positioned very low on your chest wall. This needs to be corrected in the time of breast lift, by creating a new inframammary fold which will keep breasts and implants in a fixed position. If needed, implants may be preserved when doing lift. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Answer: Breast lift I recommend you consider getting a breast lift. A well planned breast lift can be done with your existing implants in place as long as they are soft and accurately positioned within your breast footprint.
