I’m curious whether doing lipo360 will “give me” a stronger definition in my core or if I still need to get abdominal etching to enhance the shape in the attached photos? Thought? BMI 25-26
Answer: Considering the factors Considering that you appear very athletic and already are at a lower BMI I would recommend vaser assisted Lipo with moderate etching to create an athletic appearance that remains feminine.

Answer: Can I achieve definition in my core with lipo 360 or should I consider abdominal etching? Thanks so much for your inquire, The choice between Lipo 360 and abdominal etching depends on your specific goals and the look you want to achieve. Lipo 360 is a comprehensive liposuction procedure that targets the entire midsection, including the upper and lower abdomen, flanks, and back. Effectively removes excess fat deposits from the treated areas. While Abdominal etching is a more specialized form of liposuction that targets the fat around the abdominal muscles to create a more defined, sculpted appearance, often mimicking the look of a six-pack. The best way to determine which procedure is right for you is to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. During your consultation, the surgeon will evaluate your body type, discuss your goals, and recommend the most suitable procedure based on your individual needs. Sincerely, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol

Answer: Enhancing Core Definition: Lipo 360 vs. Abdominal Etching Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Achieving definition in your core depends on several factors, including your current physique, aesthetic goals, and the specific areas you wish to target. Lipo 360, which involves comprehensive liposuction around the entire midsection, can certainly help improve overall body contours and reduce excess fat. While it can enhance your physique and provide some degree of abdominal definition, it may not necessarily result in the sculpted appearance typically associated with a well-defined "six-pack." Abdominal etching, on the other hand, is a specialized form of liposuction designed to precisely sculpt the abdominal area and create the appearance of muscle definition. By selectively removing fat deposits around the abdominal muscles, etching can enhance the visibility of underlying muscle contours and achieve a more athletic appearance. Considering your BMI and the desire for enhanced core definition, you may benefit from a combination approach. Lipo 360 can address excess fat deposits around the midsection, while abdominal etching can further refine the contours and highlight muscle definition in specific areas of the abdomen. During a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon, you can discuss your aesthetic goals and explore the most suitable options for achieving the desired results. Your surgeon can assess your candidacy for both lipo 360 and abdominal etching based on your unique anatomy, BMI, and aesthetic preferences. I hope this information helps guide your decision-making process. If you have any further questions or would like to schedule a consultation, please don't hesitate to reach out. Sincerely, J. Answer: Depends on the surgeon Based on the limited views in the photos it seems like you are likely a good candidate for liposuction. The definition of your core will depend on the surgeon doing it. Honestly, there’s really no way to sugar coat that. Well done liposuction likely will allow your underlying muscles to show through better. AB etching is a term people love to market. However this can be done in a way that looks fake and unnatural. Well done high definition liposuction should follow your natural muscles and contours and really highlight your own anatomy. So make sure to choose a surgeon who specializes in it in order to get the most natural result.
