Can I achieve definition in my core with lipo 360 or should I consider abdominal etching?

I’m curious whether doing lipo360 will “give me” a stronger definition in my core or if I still need to get abdominal etching to enhance the shape in the attached photos? Thought? BMI 25-26

Considering that you appear very athletic and already are at a lower BMI I would recommend vaser assisted Lipo with moderate etching to create an athletic appearance that remains feminine.

If you want significant definition around your abdominal muscles you would likely need abdominal etching.  Good liposuction by itself will still look good, but etching is typically what you need if you want to really show off those muscles.

Lipo 360, combined with slight central and bilateral etching, could improve your core's definition and create a more contoured appearance with natural-looking shadows. Based off your limited photos - there are a few things to consider: your surgeon's technique for lipo360 - when BMI is lower and patients are skinnier - liposuction is more difficult because irregularities, dents are more likely (as in the case for you.) If you combined more core workouts, reducing your body fat down more - a good liposuction 360 might give you what you are looking for (keeping in mind, post-op will take 4-6 months before you see your swelling resolved, and the continuation of a good diet and exercises that will help keep your definition in check). Without a physical exam to really assess your skin quality, that will also be an area where no matter how good the liposuction technique or etching - loose, non-contracting skin post-liposuction will not give you results you desire (there are energy modalities to do during liposuction to help with more skin contraction as well). Ab etching needs to be done be a surgeon of your liking that produces results that you like as well - as once the abs are "etched" it is hard to undo if you do not like the results. See a few different surgeons prior to making any decisions. Good luck.
