More information about me: I am middle eastern with thick skin. I know it can be difficult to judge based on a photo but I am thinking about getting a rhinoplasty and it would be helpful to have some key ideas on what to modify in order to achieve a smaller more attractive nose.
Answer: Rhinoplasty Great question! Without full face photos, it can be hard to give good recommendations as its also important to have your nose harmonize well with the face. With that said, it seems like you have a bump on the bridge that can be removed. The bridge also looks a bit wide which can be narrowed in with osteotomies or breaking of the bones. Finally the tip looks a bit full, which can be refined and shruken down. Other than that you would need an examination to make sure nothing else needs to be done, such as breathing issues.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

Based on limited photos- you appear to be a candidate for Rhinoplasty - preferably - through a closed technique- without a scar across columella. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS with a wide gallery of before and after photos

If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an in person examination (not just an online consultation) and discussion about desired outcome. Excellent results can be achieved with either a closed or open technique.
