What modifications would you make to make my nose more attractive and appealing?

Great question!  Without full face photos, it can be hard to give good recommendations as its also important to have your nose harmonize well with the face.  With that said, it seems like you have a bump on the bridge that can be removed.  The bridge also looks a bit wide which can be narrowed in with osteotomies or breaking of the bones. Finally the tip looks a bit full, which can be refined and shruken down.  Other than that you would need an examination to make sure nothing else needs to be done, such as breathing issues.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

Thank you for your question. Thick skinned patients can also have a rhinoplasty but the process needs more control and may require extra treatment before and after the surgery. The aim is to make the skin thinner. Thanks to these treatments positive and satisfying results can be achieved after a rhinoplasty by the right surgeon.  
An in person examination is essential. Based on your photos your dorsal hump can be removed, the bridge narrowed, the tip can be refined and the projection can be shortened.

In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos- you appear to be a candidate for Rhinoplasty - preferably - through a closed technique- without a scar across columella. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS with a wide gallery of before and after photos

Even with the limited photos I think you would benefit from rhinoplasty.  The tip can be refined and the bump removed from the bridge.

Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty which can be performed by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly and a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon.

To get a valuable opinion about rhinoplasty, you need to show your entire face. The nose is a key aesthetic  element in the face and has to be in harmony with the rest of the face. You also need to show a photo taken at a distance from the face to avoid distortion. Based on the photos that you are showing, you could benefit from tip refinement and hump removal. This answer has to be confirmed by a face to face consultation. 

Every nose is different and unique to that individual. If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an in person examination (not just an online consultation) and discussion about desired outcome. Excellent results can be achieved with either a closed or open technique.

Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do and how technically to do it based on limited photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.

 A  full set of facial photographs which include the face and the nose are required look at the proportions of the nose in relation to the face. Thick skin  in the tip of the nose will prevent refinement in that area, so it's important to have realistic expectations. The Dorsal hump can be shaved down, the bridgeline narrowed, the tip refined to some degree, and even the nostrils can be narrowed  with an alar-plasty.
