Hello I had my rhinoplasty 3weeks ago my procedure was to narrow the maxillary on both side of the nose 1. Noticed a vein on the right side of the nose, appears to be more noticeable. Will this go away, should I be concern? 2. Right side of nose maxillary is still hard, appears not to be going down. When I touch it, it feels like bone or hard lump. Not sure Would this go away? The left side appears not to be as swollen will be seeing him in 3 weeks for my 6 weeks post op. I have attached pics
