Why is my nose bigger now after rhinoplasty almost 3 years ago? (photos)

One of the explanations for loss of tip definition and refinement giving an illusion of the bigger tip may be a gradual deposition of the scar tissue in the potential spaces under the skin. At about 10 months after the procedure most of the swelling had resolved but the scar was not fully developed, over time there was increased collagen deposition which distorted tip definition. Based on the profile view, there was also a minimal descend of tip cartilage support with formation of the fullness above tip defining points.
The solution may be a very conservative placement of the steroids or operative thinning of the soft tissue. Control of the intra-nasal swelling with anti-allergy medicine may also be of benefit.

Your issue requires internal examination and if the result requires a revision, you can benefit from a reviison Rhinoplasty procedure by Closed and Atraumatic approach you will not a scar across your columella, edema and swelling will be minimize and tissue damage prevented.Regards,

Obviously, you have residual swollen tissue.  This can happen when exposed to heat, certain medications, etc...  Your surgeon may want to do minor revision surgery to remove swollen tissue.
