Can I remove my internal splint after rhinoplasty by myself?

Live in the USA (So no hospital for this guy... US bills would brake my wallet) & made rhinoplasty in Colombia because again, "IM CHEAP". Came back home to find out that still have the internal splints, so my question: Is there a way of removing internal nasal splints yourself? Thank you (Once again.. NO HOSPITALS).

Hello. Great question. Based on your description, it appears as if you are referring to a suture. However, with out any pictures or a personal examination, it is difficult to properly asses your concerns. I will suggest reaching out to your surgeon via email or phone and send him or her images.
Hello. Great question. At three weeks, you are still early in your recovery process. It can take up to one year for all the swelling to go down. Keep following up with your surgeon.
From the photos, your nose still has a kind of "bigness" to it, and it would be nice to reduce the overall size some. It will never be really thin, but the tip does appear a bit underprojected and bulbous still. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist that does a lot of revision rhinoplasty for...
