5 months post septorhinoplasty. Do I have a droopy infratip or large infratip lobule? What would need to be done for a revision?

From the photos, your nose still has a kind of "bigness" to it, and it would be nice to reduce the overall size some. It will never be really thin, but the tip does appear a bit underprojected and bulbous still. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist that does a lot of revision rhinoplasty for consultation

Thanks for your question!  You're definitely in the "too early to answer" stage.  Rhinoplasty recovery takes a long time and you can continue to see changes up to and beyond a year.  It's hard to say exactly based on your photos but if you have thick skin, then the recovery can take even longer.  
At this point I would try your best to remain optimistic and let the final result show itself to you in time.  If you're still unhappy with the result then an in person consultation would be best to discuss how and what changes would be made.  Make sure you continue to followup with your surgeon within the first year to really optimize your result and don't be afraid to discuss your concerns!  We want our patients to be happy with the outcome and there are a lot of things we can do throughout the recovery process to try and optimize the result.
