5 months post septorhinoplasty. Do I have a droopy infratip or large infratip lobule? What would need to be done for a revision?

I am about 5 months post-op and unhappy with my septo-rhinoplasty results so far. Do I have a droopy tip or large infratip lobule? I don’t mind my side profile, but hate the 3/4 view. my tip is heavy and droopy. nose is too big overall (radix & bridge too high/wide) and wanted a “pointier” look to the tip (it is very round now). If I consider a revision in the future, what would need to be done? I have a columellar strut & spreader grafts.
