Blue plastic inside nose after rhinoplasty. What is this?

Hello. Great question. Based on your description, it appears as if you are referring to a suture. However, with out any pictures or a personal examination, it is difficult to properly asses your concerns. I will suggest reaching out to your surgeon via email or phone and send him or her images.

Your photo is difficult to interpret - it appears to be a close up of your nasal base, not the nasal bridge, and blue plastic is not well seen. Some surgeons use blue permanent Prolene sutures for nasal tip-plasty, and these occasionally extrude. Consider consulting with a local rhinopasty specialist for evaluation - you may benefit from a physical examination.
