Your results overall look phenomenal. Of course, we don't have your pre-op photos for comparison. Before you label that little dip a "mistake," you might want to compare to those photos to see if it was pre-existent. At any rate, the plan to fill it with fat transfer from your thighs is a good one. The "style" of liposuction doesn't really matter. All "styles" are effective and depend mostly on surgeon preference. Gaining weight for a fat transfer is somewhat of a double edged sword, as sometimes patients have difficulty losing the weight afterwards. Good luck!

Depending on what the problem is improvements are typically done using a combination of further liposuction, fat, transfer, or a combination of both.
Delivering consistent quality Liposuction is more difficult than most people realize.
Considering that revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction, finding the right provider is by far the most important variable.
It doesn’t really matter what form of Liposuction is done.
Liposuction results are based on patient candidacy and the skill of the provider.
