2 years ago, Vaser lipo was done too superficial and aggressive. Reddish pattern which is called erythema Ab lipoaspiration appeared on my abdomen and flanks. I have not been able to get any results from many different laser treatments to date (including ipl, excel cutera, picolaser, vascular lasers). However reddish pattern disappears completely during rest or sleep and it becomes more visible during body temperature changes and physical activity. Moreover when I press these areas with my finger, they turn white, which confirms that there is a vascular problem. However, some doctors attribute the failure of different laser treatments to the fact that the thinning skin layer due to superficial lipo, reveals more of the vascular structure underneath. Is it possible for stem cells to renew the skin layer and vascular structure by fat grafting to these areas? Reddish pattern may disappear permanently by nano or micro fat grafting?
Its been 2 years since my lipo 360 and after lots of non invasive treatments its pretty much still there. They did speak about doing more lipo to try and break up the scar tissue but it makes me nervous because wouldnt give me the chance of more scaring? Im wondering if a tummy tuck would be the best option. Also looking for surgeon recommendations and opinions. I included my before and current as of today photos. Thank you for your time!
I had a bbl a few years ago, and while Im mostly happy. Id like the upper outer area to not be as full, so I can have more of a heart shape. Would this be achievable through weight loss and exercise? Id like to do it naturally if possible. If not, would lipo of this area be an option? Attached is a picture of the current shape and then the shape I would like.
In 2020 I underwent laser lypo for my belly and love handles. agressive and I developed fibrosis. It's visible on my lower area of the abdomen. I have an area that is indented and area where you feel the lumps.I tried to suck a little more fat in a second non invasive procedure from the two bags right under my belly button to even it more out,but it didn't work, als I really have an indention below. both doctors said it I have very hard tissue underneath my skin, difficult to go trough
I had a lipo 360 in July 2022. More than a year after the treatment I've noticed that when I'm standing there it is flat but when I sit I see the skin rolls. I'm not sure if the fat is collecting there or it's lose skin. I've been doing yoga and exercise but it is not working. Is there a 1) diet 2) exercise 3) non-invasive contouring that a doctor would recommend.
Help me. I had lipo about 8 years ago. The surgeon left my stomach looking distorted with lumps and bumps. I Is this fixable? If so, what is the fix? More lipo? I'm not opposed to getting a tummy tuck as I do have some loose skin, especially if it would help smooth this out.
I got neck, chin, and jawline lipo with renuvion and I now have what looks like an Adams apple with saggy skin on top of it which is making my profile look worse than before I got the procedure. What can be done to correct this?
So I am naturally lean but not like crazy ripped. I have quite a bit of lower belly fat. When I sit down and pinch the lower belly its probably 1.5 inches thick. Attached is a laying down photo which obviously displays the fat much less well. I thought maybe 1500-2000 cc would be removed, the doc said he expected 500, and only ended up doing 300. Im frustrated and wondering whether it is likely to be enough and if not, do people do add-on lipo?! (Recovery is awful so would suck!)
Had liposuction and Renuvion on upper lower, abdomen and flanks in Jan 2024. 1 wk post-op, noticed right flank was uneven. When pointed out at checkup, was dismissed as swelling. 2 wks post-op, had to get seromas by incisions drained. Now 12 wks out, flanks are noticeably uneven, and stomach is dented, and uneven, especially where seromas were drained. Ive done my compression garments and gotten weekly massages. Will I need a revision or are there any non-invasive treatments to fix this?
