In 2020 I underwent laser lypo for my belly and love handles. agressive and I developed fibrosis. It's visible on my lower area of the abdomen. I have an area that is indented and area where you feel the lumps.I tried to suck a little more fat in a second non invasive procedure from the two bags right under my belly button to even it more out,but it didn't work, als I really have an indention below. both doctors said it I have very hard tissue underneath my skin, difficult to go trough
I had liposuction done on my abdomen 3 years ago to get rid of a lower belly pooch Ive always had. After surgery, tI noticed a demarcation between the upper and lower abdomen (upper abdomen was now carrying more fat than the lower). I went back to the same surgeon for a revision surgery (that he made me pay for), but there is still a difference between the fat carried in my upper and lower abdomen. Additionally, I now have strange rolls when sitting down I have never had before. Things look ok when standing at front facing view but not to the side or when sitting. What can I do to further correct these issues? (Revision surgery was done 2 years ago, so I am fully recovered.)
Hi, I had lipo360 and developed fibrosis. Its not very visible, but I can feel it, and it has been mentally difficult to cope with. I didnt realize how important every detail of post-op care was until after the fact, and I think some of my healing challenges may be related to bending over frequently around 2 weeks post-op. My procedure was done through a clinic that handled consultations virtually and scheduled through call centers, so I didnt have much in-person follow-up to guide me during recovery. Im trying to find hope that I can feel comfortable in my body again. Can revision liposuction help remove or reduce fibrosis in cases like this? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
It has been over a year since Ive had a lip fat transfer. The problem that I am encountering is that the area under my nose and above my top lip is now puffy. The plastic surgeon who performed my lip fat transfer has informed me that he can try to lipo suction that area but that I may be left with internal scarring. Also, I would be his first case as he has never had a case where the black arrows are pointing to remain permanently swollen. Has any doctor experienced this before? If so, how was it fixed?
I received overly aggressive lipo about five years ago. As a result, I have extensive contour irregularities on my stomach. This was my second liposuction, so I am hoping to not have to repeat the procedure again. I recently visited a plastic surgeon who let me know that a tummy tuck would be my solution. There are two main indentations that bother me the most ( Ive noted the area on my photos). Can a fat grafting procedure helps solve the issue? I would rather not have to go through the extension coming procedure and recovery. Thanks!
I have a very muscular build, had fat removed from my lower back with skin tightening but I think too much was taken out so now it sags weird and creases. What can be done? If they take more out it would be worse or maybe take from the top back for a smoother transition. I rather have my love handles back so I'm open to have fat put back from my upper back to smooth the transition up to my butt so it looks normal. Any suggestion's ?
I had arm lipo over 4 months ago and am concerned about some persisting issues. * Disproportionate bulk (not sure if skin or fat) - at the top of my arm near the front armpit - roll at the bottom of my upper arm, close to the elbow * Overall skin laxity and creasing/looseness * Large vein over bicep prominent * Contour unevenness and banding Need advisement of if extra bulk/rolls ares skin or fat and what best option would be to resolve both this as well as tightening loose skin in those areas and smoothing out overall contour irregularities.
I'm having lipo revision on my legs to correct some areas where too much fat was removed. My surgeon is going to feather out and remove fat (via a syringe) from a fatty pocket on my thigh, then transfer it to some hollow areas along my legs. When I asked about how long he thought I should wear the compression garment, he quoted me the time of only one week. He also said I should abstain from exercise for just one week. This seems like a short time to me. He gave me the same time / restriction the last time he did a revision (fat transfer to a couple dents and dimples on my legs), and none of the fat stuck. My question is: Would it be advisable to wear the compression garment a little longer to ensure that the fat will stick this time? Would waiting longer to go back to working out also give the fat a better chance of survival? Thank you!
Hi, I am looking for some opinions, I got lipo of the chest, abs and flanks along with gyncomastia and I feel like I am seeing almost no change on the lipo side. I have attached my before and after, do you think I need to ask my surgeon for a revision? The pictures are the night before and 6 weeks post. Thank you.
