Irregularly-shaped encapsulated lesion in the right lower quadrant anterior abdominal wall within the subcut as described. Imaging characteristics most suggestive of a chronic organizing hematoma given the history related to the prior procedure. There is surrounding soft tissue edema and scarring. I would like recommendations before doing surgery my surgery originally prescribed nitro bid to rub on area but the side effects made me nervous.
