Question

Irregularly-shaped encapsulated lesion in the right lower quadrant anterior abdominal wall within the subcut as described. Imaging characteristics most suggestive of a chronic organizing hematoma given the history related to the prior procedure. There is surrounding soft tissue edema and scarring. I would like recommendations before doing surgery my surgery originally prescribed nitro bid to rub on area but the side effects made me nervous.

I don’t think reading the description of your radiological report is going to help us give you a better assessment, to make a quality assessment. We’d really need access to complete information, including proper before and after pictures and ideally an examination. Other than revision liposuction or open surgery I can’t really think of much more to add.
It would be important to understand what happened after your procedure.
