What can be done to minimize the appearance of abdominal rolls? 18 months post liposuction (photo)

Question

I had a lipo 360 in July 2022. More than a year after the treatment I've noticed that when I'm standing there it is flat but when I sit I see the skin rolls. I'm not sure if the fat is collecting there or it's lose skin. I've been doing yoga and exercise but it is not working. Is there a 1) diet 2) exercise 3) non-invasive contouring that a doctor would recommend.

it is very difficult to assess your photograph. It seems like you may be an excellent candidate for abdominoplasty. The best way to proceed is probably getting the opinion of a board-certified plastic surgeon, if you are ready to accept a scar.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

An in person evaluation is best but you appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck.  This would remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy. You may be a candidate for BodyTite which is a minimally invasive procedure that can tighten skin.  It's for those with mild to moderate skin laxity.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then contact your provider and ask them to forward the pictures they took.
If you have significant skin, lack laxity, then you may not have been a good candidate for getting Liposuction.
