Hi, after having liposuction to my flanks, hips, and saddlebags. I was left with these pockets of fat. How can I fix this the least invasive way? Also, I had Aveli done last year in January 2022. I’m not happy with how the skin looks. I feel like I still have a lot of cellulite left. I’ve had 3 treatments of morphine’s 8 done and 9 vials of sculptura done about 2 months ago. What else can I do?

Fat could be added back, but these areas are scarred. Sculptra may still be your best choice, but will need several treatments.

Great series posted photos! The Aveli/pickle fork release system is very user intensive, takes many cases to become experienced enogh to achieve results. Sounds like the MD was not very experienced? I recommend combination of Aveli/pickle fork cellulite release with hyper diluted Sculptra vials (10 vials) under IV sedation/local plus my specialized taping techniques. . Fee $8,000.
