I want to remove my implants, do I need a lift? (Photos)

Terrific452198
in 2020 i decided i wanted breast implants. i was always infatuated with large breasts. i started out with a 32B/C cup. (i know, if i could go back i would’ve never done it.) but i was so young and did it anyways. i got 350cc high profile, under the muscle. its now been 5 years (im 25) and nothing fits me, they’re too large for my frame, tand i feel like my natural breast is sagging on top of the implant. my nipples also stretched and i’m super insecure about that so im interested in an areola reduction as well but it seems like a lot of doctors in my area don’t recommend those.. so im asking, if i remove my implants, do you think my skin will go back to the way it was before? do i 100% need a lift? any advice would be helpful, thank you
