Will I have possible sagging following implant removal? (Photos)

Thank you for your photos. From your photos, it appears that your nipple is positioned above the level of the fold underneath your breast, which is the correct position. The weight of your present implants is actually causing your breast to sag slightly and removal of that weight will cause them to rebound. Removing breast implants usually causes the breasts to settle directly backward, and not hang more, so the position of your nipple would still be above the level of your fold. You are young and your tissues are likely to be very strong and elastic and therefore should “snap back” to a smaller size once your implant is removed. If you have not gained or lost any weight since the time of your augmentation, your breast should look approximately like they did prior to your augmentation. If there is a small amount of skin laxity secondary to the stretching from the implant, you could consider having a small amount of skin tightening done.

Many women are dissatisfied with implant removal only due to the excess hanging skin. I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

From the submitted photo it appears you already have some ptosis as well asymmetry in size and nipple position. This will likely worsen with implant removal.
