Question

I am 24. I had prior eating disorder and have gained and lost 40 pounds various times. I am recovered and decided to get an augmentation to fill out some loose tissue as my nipple position was relatively fine. Immediately post op my breast felt too too heavy for my body. I only had 300cc high profile put in. My skin has stretched back out and sagged back to where it was prior to the surgery. I am 5 months post op and just want them removed.. They are still saggy like before but heavy, bigger, and harder to hide now.

I would favor explantation alone without a lift. I expect that your appearance would revert closely to shape and contour before the implants. If you are unhappy with the appearance, you can still have the lift done later as a staged procedure.

You can remove your implants at any time you'd like. Your breasts will look close to how they were prior to putting the implants in. If you were okay with how they looked, a lift would not be necessary. If volume was the only thing you were looking to change, there are other options besides implants, such as fat grafting. I would recommend scheduling a consult to see what your options are!

In your side view, you can see your breasts are hanging on top of the skin and you have pseudoptosis if not ptosis.  You can try explant alone or with a donut mastopexy but you may need a breast lift.

You can elect to have the implants removed at any time you wish.  You appear to have pseudo ptosis which is excess laxity below the nipple level.  That will still remain after the implants are removed, along with the loss of volume from the implants.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon about your goals for surgery and to learn more about your options.
