I am 21 years old and developed breasts very quickly and at an early age. I also lost 25 pounds at one point which clearly made the sagging worse. I am beginning to feel very self conscious about it and would greatly appreciate any advice.
Answer: Sagging at 21 Your photos show true ptosis, or sagging. This cannot be corrrected by adding volume alone. Your options are to have a mastopexy, or lift , alone, or have implants placed at the same time if you wish to be larger. I would not recommend doing anything if you are considering getting pregnant in the near future. Make an appointment with a good plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Sagging Breasts Based on your photos alone, it does appear that you would need a breast lift in order to improve the sagging. If you have any asymmetries, a breast lift can help improve that as well. While a breast lift involves some additional incisions, scars usually fades very well over time. If you desire additional volume, a breast augmentation can be performed during the same surgery. We have a 3D imaging system called the Vectra that can simulate what you can expect your results to look like post surgery with your selected implants and the lift. I highly recommend that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what procedure would be best for giving you your desired result and discuss these procedures in more detail.

Answer: Breast lift without implants Thank you for your question and helpful photos. There's another option called The Horndeski Method/The Bellesoma Method which reshapes and repositions your breasts high on the chest wall to create cleavage that resembles implants. With this method, care is taken to preserve nipple sensitivity, ability to breast-feed and breast tissue. The excess skin from the sides in pulled in with the lift. The attached video is of a patient that wanted her breasts back to their original youthful position without implants and without a vertical incision. You are welcome to visit my gallery to find women with similar dimensions as yours to see real results. This is a proprietary technique and only available by physicians trained in this method. I hope this helps. Best wishes and kind regards, Dr. Gary Horndeski

Answer: Breast lift with Augmentation Thank you for your question. You are a candidate for a breast lift with or without a breast enlargement. I utilize the HALPERN breast marker, which I invented, when performing an anchor or lollipop lift. These can be performed at the same time as a breast enlargement. For more information please watch the enclosed video. I hope you find this information useful.

Answer: Breast lift candidate Thank you for your question. You would definitely benefit from a breast lift, which reduces the skin envelope while reshaping the breast tissue into a more youthful and perky shape. Sometimes implants can also be added for more volume if thats what you desire, but this increases the complexity of the operation and recovery and so must be done by someone with a lot of experience. The key is working with an expert, board certified plastic surgeon.
