Thanks for your question. Breast position will vary from person to person. Not everyone has the same body type and not everyone will get the same exact result. Based on your photos, your breasts appear to be in a good position for your body. You have a longer torso, so the breasts may appear low, but in reality they are in a great position. In fact, your overall result is nice and very natural looking.
Hi there, Thank you for your question. It appears as though you achieved a great result for your anatomy. If you are having concerns speak with your surgeon to discuss options. In my opinion you look great!Best, realdrsix
Your result is great. I try to tell all my patients that a breast augmentation makes YOUR breasts larger, it can not give you a longer or shorter torso, etc. Try to be happy with your result, its perfect for you. Jane
Hello,Thank you for your question and photo. The position of the breasts/areolas on the chest wall differ from person to person. Your implants appear to be in a good position relative to your nipples. The natural footprint of your breast cannot be moved up as your nipples were naturally low. All the best
Thanks for your question and sharing photos. You seem to have a great result from breast augmentation. You do have a fairly long torso which makes your breasts appear low. Otherwise, you look great.
Thank you for your question. Your breast position looks great. You definitly do not need a lift. Your implant is centered on your areola/nipple. You have a long torso and this may be why you feel that they look low. I think you have a great result.Best of luck,Dr. Hisham Seify
Thank you so much for your question! Based on your photos, you had a very short distance from your nipple to your fold prior to surgery. It appears that your surgeon, lowered the fold in order to accommodate the size of the implant which is common practice. Additionally, you do have a long narrow torso and so the combination of those things may may your implants appear low. In general, I think you have an excellent result!
Great question, Because of your measurements before the surgery, your chest being on the longer side, you might appear to have low breasts. In reality, it's exactly the same as what you had before, just a bigger size. I always tell my patients that whatever they are starting out with preoperatively will greatly effect their outcome after surgery. I think they look great and to the average person they'd agree if they weren't scrutinizing the outcome. Best of luck and enjoy your great results!
Comparing your pre-op to post-op photos, the implant position seems good. Your implants appear to be centered below your nipples/areolae. As long as the implants do not descend any further on your chest, they are in a good position. If the implants were higher, your nipples would be on the downward curve of your of the breast and look droopy.
Hello and thank you for your question and pictures. In my opinion, they are in a good position, however you should know that after surgery your breasts usually drop a little, I normally recommended to wait at least 6 months until they settle in their final position and then evaluate the results. By the moment it seems like you have a very good result.
