My stats are 161cm 53kg and was measured with a 12.5cm chest, this will be my first BA and there isn’t much tissue to begin with maybe a 34A.. I’m stuck between going 310mini or 320/340 demi all motiva.. going off motiva sizing chart would 11.75cm demi not look right in a 12.5 chest? And between those sizes do you think there is a considerable difference or am I really looking to much into it? Want to keep them quite small but also see a difference Thankyou
Answer: Implants Based on your photos and measurements, anything from 275 cc's to 350 cc's should do well. I am not a fan of the Motiva implants, but prefer smooth round gel implants for less long term risks.

Answer: What’s the best implant size for a 12.5cm chest? Hello, Thank you for the question and the photo. Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions of your chest wall. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection. Based on your photos, 320-340cc range size implant will likely give you a nice fuller cleavage that you desire. I would seek an in-person evaluation by the board-certified Plastic Surgeon, in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. I hope this helps.Best regards, Dr. Karanetz Dr. Irena KaranetzFellowship-TrainedBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Unless your friend measured you, how could she suggest what is right for you. Answer: Size and Profile Selection Good morning, I think the sizes are right on and the difference between 11.75 and 12.5 is minimal- However from the photo it does look like you have two different sized breasts, and perhaps 20-25cc more in the smaller breast would be a good idea. I find that about 1/3 of patients do need two different sizes.

Answer: Implant size Dear Irvingcharlotte, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
