Hello! I've been to 2 consultations so far. One doctor said I would need. Lift out my implants and he phrased said a lift wasn't necessary due to he scarring no added cost. I'd rather not get a lift if it's no necessary but also want my boobs to look nice. Thoughts ? Lift or no lift? First photos are me, the other ones are ideal breasts.

I believe that you can have a beautiful result with breast augmentation alone, despite the nipples being lower than ideally desired.
