Hello. I am allergic to Acrylates, would I be able to have breast implants? I know acrylates are found in surgical glues etc

Thank you for the question. 
Being allergic to Acrylates is not a direct contraindication to having breast implants.
I would recommend an in-person evaluation by the Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results.

Acrylates are a group of chemicals that are used in many products, including breast implants. If you are allergic to acrylates, you may not be able to have breast implants. Please discuss with your Consultant Plastic Surgeon regarding this in details.
