Hi, I am a 46yr old female. 5" 6 and 164 pounds. I recently did a tummy tuck, and now my boobs seem more droopy. I guess the top of my belly was holding them up. I am currently wearing a size 34G bra. I would like to know if I can get implants to make my breast perkier as they are pointing down. I have lots of breast tissue. I don't want a breast lift or reduction because I like my breast how they are, I just need them up.

If you want silicone, wait until you are at least 22, then there is nothing to worry about the guarantee. Saline implants do have the guarantee at your age.
