I had Saline Implant surgery in 1978-1979 (when I was 23 years old) in Belleview Hospital NYC thru the Plastic Surgery Clinic. At the time I was never given any information regarding the size and/or brand. How can I find out what type I have? Also I can’t seem to find any info on what implants were available at that time. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello. Thanks for posting your query.Allergic to acrylates will not affect your breast implant surgery. You can undergo surgery without any issues. Hope i have cleared your doubt. All the best.
You would just need implants. It looks that your left nipple might be lower or more lateral per the photos; but that can possibly be addressed by appropriate shaped implant or a small crescent incision in the areola on that side.
"G" sized breasts will never be nor stay up. They are just too large and heavy for any "up". Even if you have a lift, you will just sag again. A reduction would work well for you and you would be much more comfortable with your neck and shoulders. Please do not get implants!
