Yes, you are a good candidate.Of course, an “in person” consultation is necessary. I hope this helps,Best of luck !
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on the photos alone, you are a good candidate for a breast lift.
You could benefit from a breast lift. I would recommend also adding fullness by either having breast implants placed, or fat transfer to the breast. When you get a lift to perk up your breast, it will make them smaller, and to make your body more proportionate and curvy, I’d add the fullness to give you larger, more symmetrical, fuller breasts. If you’d like to be seen at my office for a consultation, feel free to reach out. Smith Plastic Surgery 702-838-2455
Hi there, based on your photos you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift. I reccomend an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
You appear to be a great candidate for a breast lift / mastopexy. The most important thing to consider is that is requires scars on the breast. The scars would be around the newly lifted and repositioned nipple and areolae complex as well as straight down vertical like a lollipop. We perform these procedures safely and very comfortably in the office under local anesthesia with complete numbing medication and oral sedation.
Dear CallaGirl, based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from breast lift. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello @Caring294737, thank you for your question. yes you are a good candidate. The shape of your breast makes it ideal for performing a breast pexy (lift) and reconfiguring the tissue, lifting and reshaping it with the BRALiftb Technique. As a result, it would produce a very favorable esthetic outcome since the upper and middle parts of the breast would be filled with a little volume with your own tissue. The scar is minimal in L shape. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. The nipple areolar complex is supposed to be above the level of the inframammary fold. Your photos appear to show your nipple areolar complex sits either at or slightly below your inframammary fold. A small lift would correct this and improve your shape. See a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed discussion. Best wishes.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Dear kiko100, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper...
I can suggest two option. First of them only nipple areola reduction with periareolar scar. But this option lead to the flattened breast shape. Therefore we need to volume under the nipple areola complex. Implant is the best solution for volume insufficienty. second option is ideal for your...
