Ever since I've had boobs they've been saggy. The youngest I can remember was 14. I don't know why and if there is a way to fix it, but are breast lifts something I should look into or are there other steps I can take?

Answer: Bellesoma Method If you breasts are saggy then you need a breast lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Surgery can reshape the breasts Hi Luminous986659, without photos, this is a challenging question. However, in general "saggy" breasts are breast that have not enough of volume to fill the skin envelope, and generally a skin envelope that is stretched out. Many women also have widened or spread areola was, and it generally low position of the breasts.most of these issues can be addressed with breast lift, which will simultaneously actively reposition the breast mound, contract the skin envelope to a smaller size, and reposition the nipple while making the areola diameter smaller. I would suggest meeting with a qualified surgeon to discuss. Hope this helps. Best,Christopher Pannucci MDBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonPlastic Surgery NorthwestSpokane, Washington USA
