Left areola contacting 90% of time

Question

I have had a botched doughnut lift and later a nice t scar lift without implants. When relaxed my breasts looks nice and symmetry is ok. But my left areola contacts 90% of the time which makes my breast look really different from each other. One areole is small and the other one is huge. Also the shape of the breast changes. This really annoys me Is it possible to inject botox to relax the areola? Or maybe filler to make it more puffy (as it’s less puffy than the right one). Thx a lot :-)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Hello, thank you for your question. Discuss your options with your plastic surgeon. Potentially botox may work on the scar contracting your areola. It depends on the degree of scar tissue and how far along you are. keep in mind botox will wear off so it maybe harmless to try if you are ok with the results for 3 months.

Botox could be tried to see what could be done to decrease muscle movement. Fillers sometime work and sometimes don't to make areolae puffy, but can be tried.
