I am looking for advice on rejuvenating my breasts. I breast fed two children going from a D cup pre pregnacy to an H cup. I am now a 34DDD. I would like to have a more youthful shape and height to my breasts. I also would like more firmness. The top of my bras are empty and the bottoms are full. I would like to stay arounf a DD. It is hard to find bras to shape my breasts. They feel very lax.
Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Want a more youthful shape and height To accurately answer this question would require an in person physical examination of your breasts. I suspect that after an exam, the recommendation would be for a breast lift.

Answer: Firmness, Youtful I would recommend a low profile breast implant placed below the muscle plus an inverted T ("anchor type") breast lift. The implant will help restore firmness and upper pole fill. The lift will help re-centralize the breast over a lifted breast mound higher on the chest.

Answer: Breast Lift ( Mastopexy) Thank you for your question. It is very normal and very common to have changes in breast shape and size after having children, breastfeeding and/ or with weight loss. A breast lift (also called a mastopexy) is designed to remove excess loose skin of the breast and raise the breast tissue and nipple position higher on the chest wall. During the procedure some of the breast tissue can either be removed (if a smaller breast size is desired), or can be advanced from the lower aspect of the breast to the upper aspect of the breast to give more fullness in this area (also called an auto augmentation). During the consultation with your surgeon, it would be important for you to express your specific goals which would then determine the optimal approach.

Answer: Breast Lift This is a great question. A breast lift (or mastopexy) would be a good way improve the shape and height of your breast, improving the position of your nipples and areolas. To a small extent, it may help with filling your breast envelope since it has become a little deflated after pregnancy. To improve the upper pole/part of your chest and breasts, a breast lift can help to an extent - it may not give enough fullness the top part of you bra. For this, you can consider a small implant or fat grafting (liposuction from one area and transferred to the breasts) in combination with the breast lift. Hope this helps.
