390cc or 420cc implants?

Question

I currently have 330cc moderate profile and im really upset about the size so im getting them redone. I want a good difference in size and dont wont be be let down after another surgery. Im currently a full C cup and want to be a DD the surgeon recommend 390 and 420. What one would give me a better result? I want to look heaps bigger maybe a full cup size bigger but not over the top. Im a size 6-8 and slim build

I do not think 390 or 420 cc implants would give you much of a difference. At best you are only adding 90cc, which is a small volume. Personally, my rule of thumb would be to go at least 50% bigger for a reaugmentation, which in your case would bring you close to 500 cc. The question that I cannot answer without an examination is if that size would be reasonable on your frame or not. You may have to accept a compromise, either on size or on natural look. Good luck!

Based on the information you have shared,  you may be happier with the larger size.  You need to go up at least 100 cc's to see much of a difference with breast size.  Try on sizers with your surgeon as you discuss your revision.
