Is 700cc UHP too big? (Photo)

Question

I started at 32a. I have 475cc HP silicone mentor memory gel implants. My surgery was 2/10/15. I wanted bigger, but that was the biggest I could go at the time. My plan was to wait for my skin to stretch then go bigger. So now I'm going to have revision surgery 2/23/16. I am really set on 700cc UHP silicone but maybe 650cc UHP silicone. I like the look of the UHP I wish mine were fuller, more projection, bigger, more cleavage and more side boob. All of which I'm hoping to get with UHP.

I'm afraid you will not be happy for very long if you choose to go larger. As you already know, it doesn't take long for the implants to stretch skin/tissue and for you to loose your cleavage and upper pole fullness. Remember, the larger the implant - the sooner you will need a revision and the harder it will be to fix it. Placing a larger implant to create more projection, cleavage, and side boob is easy, but not the right thing to do. Please know that the larger the implant the higher the risk for: chronic pain, capsular contracture, bottoming out, nipple numbness, displacement, etc. So, you see 'bigger is not always better'.I hope this helps.Best wishes and kind regards,

Thank you for the question. It appears you are highly motivated in your quest to achieve larger, fuller breasts. I place a lot of UHP implants because you can achieve greater volume without having to use too wide of an implant. It is very important that your surgeon respect your measurements (specifically base width and anterior skin stretch) to avoid having unwanted complications with your size change.
