Are you a surgeon in DFW who uses Keller funnel and doesn't do massage? Looking to have a breast augmentation revision! (Photo)

I realize it's a bit early, but I am absolutely not happy with my results and I am not going to be. I want a revision around June. I am going for more of a round fake look. My surgeon also did not want to correct the asymmetry I had {one was higher than the other} so my breasts are crooked. So I am shopping around for second opinions rather than go on a bunch of consultations. Do you think you can give me the results I want?I am not asking whether or not my body is capable of achieving these results, I am asking whether or not you are a capable surgeon who meets my standards. This is more of an audition. I am looking for a surgeon in the area who uses the Keller funnel because my previous surgeon left me with 2.5 inch scars, who doesn't employ massage, who can fix my asymmetry, and who can adequately place a smooth implant, which is what I need. I don't have an excess of breast tissue, my breasts merely look this way because of the job that was done and the type of implant that was used.

board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
I'm afraid you will not be happy for very long if you choose to go larger. As you already know, it doesn't take long for the implants to stretch skin/tissue and for you to loose your cleavage and upper pole fullness. Remember, the larger the implant - the sooner you will need a revision and...
There appears to be a lot of confusion about the causes of animation deformity; the dual plane procedure, because it detaches a portion of the muscle which then adheres to the capsule, is a cause of animation not a solution. The alternative is the split muscle procedure, which is quite different...
