I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery. You ask a very good question regarding whether or not your desired outcome is possible with revisionary surgery. Generally speaking, patients seeking a "round fake look" may or may not be able to achieve their desired outcome. Much depends on the patient starting point. For example, if the patient has a lot of made of breast tissue present prior to surgery, it may be more challenging (or impossible) to achieve the rounder/fake look, compared to the patient who starts out with very little breasts/soft tissue initially. In other words, the patient with less tissue coverage will likely see the  round "implanted" look ( achievable with higher profile silicone gel implants or overfilled saline, for example).  You may find the attached link, dedicated to many of these concerns, helpful to you as you learn more.  Best wishes.

I want you to realize that you have a fine result and possible an excellent result if we see your before pictures. You may never look like the pictures you show because you have a different body and different breasts. You may go larger and not be happy. You have more breast tissue the the other girls and what you see in them is more of the implant which gives you the look you like. Be careful and good luck!

sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your results which, from the photos,
appear like an excellent result. Keep in mind that each person’s
pre-existing anatomy, body frame, and general body habitus is different.
The result will vary depending on many different things including the chest
wall shape and pre-existing amount of natural breast tissue. Patients
that have very little body fat and very large implants tend to have more of the
large round fake look to the implants. It appears that you may have more
natural breast tissue to begin with which would lean away from the possibility
of having the large round fake look that you may be seeking. I would
discuss these concerns in detail with your board-certified plastic
