I had my saline smooth implants removed and got them back after the surgery. In one implant, there are brown flecks and brown small solid floaters in the saline, all floating around. Implant does not appear to have leaked, but is less buoyant than the other implant. What could this be?

Symmastia will ultimately only occur if the surgeon has over cut/over dissected your sub pectoralis muscles. This is just one of the many reasons you want to be sure you have all breast surgeries (and other cosmetic surgeries) performed by a board certified plastic surgeon!
