I got my breasts done about 6-7 years ago. One never quite settled right and it’s bugged me ever since. One sits much higher than the other but I want them to be even with the breast that settled right. I’d also like to go a tiny big bigger while I’m under. Do you think the breast that sits higher up could be fixed to evenly sit with the other?
Answer: Breasts Actually, your higher implant is in a better position than your lower implant. The lower needs to be raised a fair amount and may need an internal bra of mesh for support. Your higher implant may need to come down a small amount. Do not go larger for your tissue is not supporting the weight of both implants well now.

Answer: Breast implant revision Dear wizardlyfoot76, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would be able to get more natural results with revision surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Asymmetry Yes, revision surgery should improve the asymmetry that concerns you. It is important to discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and learn more about what you can expect in terms of results. It appears if you wanted to go a little bigger that would be okay to do, though your current volume looks nice on you.

Answer: Asymmetry Hi. I think that you can get closer symmetry but may not be exact. There is a very big difference with the height of each of your implants, and this may be hard to fully correct. You can certainly go with larger implants as well. Talk to your surgeon so you can get a better idea of how much correction can be achieved. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast implant revision A breast implant revision is possible and would fix the issue you described - in good hands. Implants can be replaced and Strattice can be used for additional support (it is often referred as an « internal bra »). Of course, an « in person » consultation is necessary. I hope this helps, best of luck !
