Help. Post surgery indentation/puckering? (Photo)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. Based on your photo, there is a chance that it is caused by a suture under the skin. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The indention could be treated surgically with a scar revision, fat could be added, or Sculptra injections could be done. the scar revision might be the longest lasting choice.

Since your issue is limited to one small area, it can likely be addressed under local anesthesia in the office. You do not need to go to sleep under general anesthesia for this. Also your implants will likely not be touched. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

At this point there is scarring from your lift procedure. A revision may help to release and smooth out this area. It may only require minimum downtime.
