I have had Atopic eczema since the age of 2. As a child i got it on the back of my knees/elbows, today I got it on my lips and sometimes around the mouth. The eczema on my lips is under control/latent most of the time. But my lips get itchy, red and even flakes around the time of my period, when im sick or when the air is dry. I use moistrizer on my lips once every hour every day and need to ”scrub” my lips every morning/evening to remove flaked skin even when the rash is under control/latent.
