In my experience, J plasma definitely helps. It is not a substitute, however, for a tummy tuck if you have a significant amount of loose skin or a significant muscle separation. In your case, your skin laxity does not appear to be bad at all. For this reason, I would say that J plasma would likely be beneficial. It is not a magic wand, however, and will not shrink wrap your skin. That said, your skin would definitely be tighter with J plasma, than without. I don’t really have patients that regret doing it, because it always result in tighter skin than skipping it, even if it’s not perfect…
