based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

The outcome of a procedure is based on your candidacy for that procedure combined with the skill and experience of the provider you choose. Best way to get a clear understanding of what your results are likely to look like is your review as many before and after pictures from the provider you choose of previous patients, who had similar body characteristics to your own as possible. We typically work with standard pictures when making assessments. Take a look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures to get an idea.
If you have skin laxity on your back, then it will probably still be there after liposuction with or without J plasma. I don’t think that device does much of anything in regards to actual skin tightening.(first hand experience)
