What's the best way to sleep after Tummy Tuck and BBL?

Hello and thank you for reaching out. Patient's find it the most comfortable to sleep at a 45 degree angle, and more than likely in a recliner. This will help the edema decrease as well as be more comfortable for you as your body adjusts to your abdomen being pulled so tight. The couch may work with some proper pillows to support you back, but remember to not use your arms to pull yourself up. I would stay away from side and stomach sleeping until you are a little farther out from your surgery. Best Wishes.
