I would be curious to see your preop photos. 14.5 lbs is a lot to remove considering how slim you are now. a couple of points.. if you had so much skin why was it necessary to bring the scar up in the middle. I think you need more skin taken out everywhere which will lengthen the scar. I don't think liposuction of the flanks will solve the dogear issue.. good luck

Hello, if you have residual loose skin after tummy tuck surgery, often this can be improved with a secondary procedure.  Your surgeon would be the best source of information about the exact procedure, possible cost, etc.  I don't know of any TV show that sponsors cosmetic surgery procedures.

I am sorry about your experience.  This can be much improved with a tummy tuck revision and combined liposuction.  Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.  See reference for an example of a tummy tuck revision. Best wishes.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after tummy tuck surgery. Based on your photographs, I think your concerns are understandable. Additional skin removal plus/minus additional liposuction surgery may be very helpful. Also, "extending" the abdominoplasty procedure to your flank/back areas may be necessary to improve your waistline as well.   In other words, removal of additional skin/adipose tissue of the flank areas will likely significantly improve your outcome.Assuming you are working with a well experienced board certified plastic surgeon, best to address your concerns/goals directly with him/her.
