After two pregnancy and back surgery i had to have a tummy tuck after losing alot of weight in such little time i was left with so much hanging skin.. 6.5 kgs of skin to be exact. . But my timmy tuck isnt what i was promised nor what it looked like from the photos they had... how could i get this fixed?? Or what sort of tv show that fixes these surgerys up for free.

At 6 weeks you should be healed enough to put a little bit of stress on the muscles, but it is normal to have some soreness. Exercise will be an important part of maintaining the results of a tummy tuck.
