i went to a consultation and the doctor told me my nose looks good but i don't like my nose. He DID show me ways he can change it, and he only made a little tiny bit of changes that you barely can see. Like removing my little dorsal hump and made my wide tip a little thinner and make my nostrils a little smaller. I love it but i don't know if it's worth spending money for these little changes. My parents sees it as the same nose, but i see a difference. Is it worth it? I just want confidence.

Answer: Can small changes to my nose can make a big difference to me? Is it worth it? Generally speaking -you are the best person to judge if the difference is worthwhile to you. Your plastic surgeon may be able to tell you this- if you ask him his honest opinion. nose is just one of the many features of nose -- a small change in that which you are yourself doubtful about, may not be apparent to others. It should be decided between you and your plastic surgeon, during consultation. In case of doubt, I do nonsurgical rhinoplasty with Juvederm injection to show the removal of hump. But this method will not reduce your tip size. If non surgical rhinoplasty works for you then you can later do surgery or continue with repeated juvederm every year.
