It is certainly possible to have both a rhinoplasty and a hairline lowering procedure done at the same time.

As long as patient's are in good health, it is probably best to wait a minimum of one month between general anesthetics to allow the body to heal.  it is also important to make sure the swelling has dissipated from one operation before  going in for the second one.

You want to ensure that you are out of the immediate post-operative window wihtout any complications prior to undergoing further elective surgery. Without knowing the extent of the rhinoplasty, it is a bit difficult to anticipate if these procedures can safely be done in the same day.
